I bought a defective pair of boots on the New Years Day sale. I realize buying them online makes them nonrefundable, so I tried them on in store before the sale.

I usually always wear a size 9, and that size fit in the store perfectly. I was very excited for my boots to get here, but when I tried them on, they were entirely too small. I contacted customer service, but they said there was nothing they could do. So I guess they don't mind selling defective merchandise??

Avoid Dillard's at all cost. They don't care about the customer, just the sale!

I also bought a pair of shoes and had the same issue. I will no longer be shopping at Dillard's as a result of poor customer service.
