Is absurd. It was a gift with tag still on. Best believe from now on i will spend my money at Macy's or any other retailer than Dillards. We have bought so many colognes ,perfumes, and jewelry along with the ridiculous anount spent on shoes from there.
And your customer services reps attitude was .. Oh well get over it. I sure will as i purchase the 2 michel kors watches online instead of in your store for my daughter's bday.no longer a Dillard's customer from this day forward. That is the problem in todays time.
The customer is no longer a priority.And the associates have zero customer service skills.
