Was told dillards would have my shipment by a certain date.When I called to check to see when I would be receiving the horrible customer service rep was so cold and was acting like it was my fault that my items were going to be late.

First of all I was pissed because I had to pay for shipping, then I didn't receive items when promised. Call customer service you will be on the hold FOREVER. I will never spend my money with Dillard's online or in store. They don't offer anything for the consumer but horrible customer service, bad policies.

No wonder Macy's is doing soooo much better.

Macy's offer coupons, free shipping and will do anything to make their customers satisfied.Dillard's need to take notes from Macy's ASAP.
