After a few days of use, the product made me break out and shiny. Tried to return it but Dillard's policy wouldn't allow it.

I know other department stores and other make up counters will return make up but this one would not and tried to say first it was used, then I went over 30 days, which I didn't. I was at 28 days, and the product was used for only a little time.

I didn't have time to return it except on the weekend because I work during the week. The counter lady also tried to say she was the manager when I asked to speak with a manager.

I'd have called upper management as far up as necessary . Take pics of receipt, product, skin's allergic reaction, etc. The squeaky wheel gets the oil.

Then shoo at Sephora from now on.
