I placed my first on line order with Dillard's this last week. Even tho I do have an account with them and buy from them when I am privy to one of their stores.

Two of the items I purchased were too large and I called Customer Service to exchange them for a smaller size and was told that I couldn't do an even exchange for the smaller size. However I was told that I could pay a higher price for the items and pay shipping again and they would exchange. This amounted to quite a bit more money. This whole situation sucks.

If I had ordered at Macy's as I usually do there would have been no problem. Needless to say this isn't my first bad experience with Dillard's. You people need to be more customer oriented if you want my business.

Have NEVER had a problem with Macy's in my 55 years with them. Too bad I can't say that for you DILLARDS

It's needless to say because they never do change anything or pay attention to customer satisfaction. It's a wonder they are still in business!
