Dillards - Wrongfully accused and mistreated
Bought perfume with cash payment from Dillards in memorial city mall and returned it after 6 days in it's original condition. Dillard employee issued a receipt for the refund but an over zealous employee refused to let me have my cash back saying that an investigation needs to be concluded to determine my cash purchase.
When I insisted on my cash refund Vanessa( employee) Called the security on me. These people lack simple manners and are clueless when it comes to Customer Service When I requested to speak with the store manager Steve he refused,.Worst of all district manager Linda Dumas and her assistant Linda Folger were not helpful in any way
