Worst stored to buy from. Never buh snything from this store. They are expensived for the quality. Employees are terrible and they have terrible return policy.

Dillards - Price drop on an already purchased item
Purchased Michael Kors Harland boots on 11/26 for $199. Then they went on sale on 11/29 for 25% off. I called customer service for a credit on the item and they said they couldn’t do it. I’d have to repurchase and return the item. Are you kidding me! Terrible customer service. Needless to say that was my LAST purchase with Dillard’s.
